Soft breathing greeted Krivan’s ears as his mind came back into consciousness. He was laying spread, his arms and legs parted and lazy as he pulled them closer to his body, feeling the effort put in by his muscles as he slowly sat up. His ears swiveled left and right furiously, the only thing seemingly alert on his body as his eyes slowly opened. Or at least, he thought they opened. Darkness covered everything within his sight, and the only way he knew he was in the pitch black was the increasing strength growing in his other senses, including the feeling of his eyeli

First Night
The shower had just reached the right temperature, as Krivan put his paws under the now pleasantly warm water. Taking a moment as the water steamed, he inspected his image in the mirror. His fur was scruffy and clumped from under washing it. He hadn’t been using the right fur washes since everything had stopped a few weeks ago. The fur on his body was quick to clump up and it’s softness had disappeared. It felt like wool under his paws, and his muzzle curled to that of a disapproving look as he went for the shower and slipped in, letting the water run over his body.
